I reached out to the Rockit team after running into a problem with my granddaughter’s device. It had stopped functioning, and they gave me some troubleshooting steps to try. Sadly, we still couldn’t get it to work. They then asked me to send it back for further examination. To my surprise, just two days later, I got an email saying a replacement Rockit was on its way. We’ve had the Rockit for nearly a year, and it’s been fantastic! The baby adored it, and we were even bigger fans.

I’d say this baby gear is a must-have. It’s priced just right, super easy to use, and the customer service from the Rockit crew was top-notch. My first email got a quick response, and the follow-up instructions were straightforward, clear, and really useful. Their service is all about the customer, very helpful, fair, and efficient. Big thanks to Rockit!!!!!!

Just got the Rockit today for my little one since she’s been dozing off in the pram (what a game changer) and I thought it’d help keep her snoozing when I’m back from quick strolls. The idea was to use it to prevent her from waking up when we stop moving the pram.
Tried it out at home with some Duracell batteries, but honestly, it barely rocks our pram. We’ve got the Silver Cross Coast, and while it moves the handle, there’s no motion where she’s lying. Super bummed about it and feel like I just wasted £40 - if I could return it to the store, I totally would!

The initial issue is that it runs on 4 AA batteries, and they run out pretty quick - we ended up spending more on batteries than on diapers at one point!!! Another issue is that the gadget produces a loud knocking noise (there's a weight inside that spins) which disturbs the baby - completely undermines what the device is supposed to do!

Ever since the kiddo hit 8 weeks, this Rockit has been a game changer for his daytime snoozes in the pram. We gave it a shot before he turned 4 weeks, but he just wasn’t into the pram back then, so it was a bit premature.

We own a Bugaboo Bee6, and I’ve had a bit of a tough time getting the bracket to sit completely flat against the chassis (I reckon it’s because of the chassis size), but it still does the job.

This product is simply amazing. Plus, the customer support is top-notch. I ran into a problem with the rockit after a couple of months. They swapped it out in just a few days and kept me in the loop the whole time. This was super useful since we rely on it daily!

We’re really into the Rockit and Whoosh. These items have been fantastic and have seen a lot of use since our little guy arrived. The Whoosh is super compact, and we appreciate that it’s rechargeable. A few weeks back, I freaked out thinking my Rockit was done for. I shot an email to customer service, and they got back to me fast with loads of useful tips. We’re all about supporting your small biz!

Total rip-off. I got the rockit along with their other gadget meant to mimic car vibrations for a crib, and honestly, both are totally pointless. The rocking motion is super weak, even cranked up to the max, so it didn’t help our baby at all. Maybe our stroller (mamas and papas ocarro) is just too solid for it to work, but I expected something way more powerful to handle any pram. The cot vibration device is even less effective. Seriously, don’t throw your cash away on this.

We got the rockit for our third child, and it’s been fantastic! I used to wish for something to rock the stroller for me when I had my first two, and now here it is! All our pals with older kids are super impressed 😊. After enjoying the rockit, we decided to grab the woosh as well - all our kiddos have loved white noise, and it’s especially useful in a loud house with older siblings around. I was a bit worried about using my phone every day for white noise because of electric magnetic fields. The woosh is small and rechargeable, making it a great fix. We had a little hiccup with the charging on our first woosh, but they replaced it within a day. Can’t complain about the customer service 👍🏻.

This item is fantastic. After about a month of almost constant use, it ran into a problem (you know how it goes). I reached out to the support team, and their reply was just awesome. They explained the issue clearly and provided me with steps to troubleshoot on my own. It was super easy and kept me from having to ship the item back. I can't recommend this product or the customer service team enough.

The Rockit has truly been a game changer for us as first-time parents, giving us the freedom to take a well-deserved breather while our baby snoozes in his stroller. It’s saved us from missing out on many lunches and was a real blessing during those early days when our son would only drift off in the evening if he was rocked in his pram. I can’t recommend it enough!

Awesome items and superb customer support. 10 out of 10! I had a minor motor problem that was sorted and swapped out in less than a day after reaching out to the company. I basically got a brand new working item - couldn’t be more thrilled. As a mom of three, I was a bit wary about trying another sleep aid, but I have zero regrets! I picked up a rockit and a zed - both do exactly what they promise and function well! Sure, they run on batteries, and a rechargeable option would be a nice touch down the line. Highly recommend!

The ZED is a breeze to use; just select your vibration level and place it on the cot mattress. The gentle hum and vibrations work wonders, getting my now 5-month-old to sleep in no time. I really wish I had discovered this gem for my first child.

I got a Zed sleep aid when my little one was just 8 weeks old, hoping to help them snooze longer than a few hours at a time. Right from the start, he’s been sleeping a solid 6 hours straight! It comes with 6 different vibration options, so there’s a good chance one of them will suit your kiddo. I did run into a problem with the Zed, but the customer service I received was top-notch. If your baby is having a tough time connecting their sleep cycles, I’d definitely suggest giving the Zed a shot.
